INSURANCE BROKERS

At ATS trainees are offered a thrilling education to become Businessman for Insurance and Financial Service with the focus on Insurances. Trainees will gain various insight into working fields of insurance brokers.

From day one, trainees are included into the practical work life, in addition to their theoretical education. They will experience immediate contact to customers and insurers both on national and international level, and be facing to take responsibility from the beginning.

In accordance with the directives of the Chamber of Commerce Hamburg, ATS has been educating young people, as an official training company, for more than ten years, preparing them for the future work life.

Our current and former trainees are predominantly satisfied with the variety of work, a great support, as well as the “learning for the job”. 20 % of today’s staff at ATS once started as a trainee in our company, and are now working as specialized consultants or within the sector of customer service.
